I’m sorry, but I just didn't see it.

I post on 15 different platforms, and with 1.5 million followers across my channels, I get more than 2,500 comments a day.

I want to read every single one, I really do. I have the best intentions, and the worst follow-through of anyone I know.

I will never, ever start a DM chat with you. If someone claiming to be me messages you, that's a scammer. Report them, and block them.

But I saw you reply to someone else.

Once or twice a week, I sometimes look at a few comments, and perhaps answer a couple of questions. But it’s pretty rare.

Occasionally Sarah or Steph from my team will reply under my account, but they'll sign their first name at the end so you know it wasn't actually me.

⚠️ Automated moderation runs on all my channels. Being disrespectful to someone else will result in your account being permanently banned from my page.

Then how do I reach you?

I still have a day job. All this content happens in evenings and weekends, which means my DMs and inbox are basically a black hole, and I’m genuinely sorry about that.

The good news is most questions I get are already answered at contact.todmaffin.com.

But I see you posting content all the time.

I don’t actually spend much time on social media. Content of mine you see there is cross-posted by software. (I'm much better at making things than responding to them.)

I also left Facebook after Meta decided Canadians didn't need to see news, while misinformation got a complimentary upgrade to first class.

Where else can I find you?

You read all the way to the bottom of a page explaining why I'm hard to reach.

That's either loyalty or curiosity, and either way, I'm glad you're here.
