At some point, your partners and the media will start to ask how many people are coming.
Infusions aren’t like “regular” events where people have to register. They’re just booking flights and coming.
Which is great for them, but not helpful for you to know how many people are coming.
The voluntary RSVP form helps with that.
Via the Discord and ✅ The Email List, you’ll ask people to complete a quick form so that you can get a rough estimate of how many people are coming. Remember: Not everyone will see this request to complete the form, so you can be assured more people are coming than fill it out.

We do not recommend you post the link to the RSVP form publicly — e.g., on a web page or on your social media. This would give people who might want to troll your event an opportunity to mess with your numbers.
Instead, publish the link in a place where people have already taken a step: In your Discord server or your email list.

You can use any form tool, but we recommend one that lets you branch the form conditionally based on their answer.
This is so that you can prevent “locals” from being added to the count.
Here’s what our form looked like:
We wanted a count of actual visitors, not locals. In other words, people who would be spending money doing touristy things like eating in restaurants, staying in campgrounds, etc.
The first step asks if they live close to us.
