“I had to apply for my state NP license in the US, and I similarly had to apply for my provincial license in BC. Each province has different application and thankfilly BC just streamlined theirs to make it easier on US trained NPs. There’s an application on the BCCNM website after you make an account, a form for my employers to e-mail directly verifying my employment hours, and a form to release my credential exam results from the organization I took my exam (AANP) to BCCNM. I also had two ID documents notarized and sent scans of those to the BCCNM. The recruiter from HealthMatch recommended I complete the license application as my first step.“
